Young creative chef Céline redefines « fusion » with a fresh, contemporary take on franco-vietnamese cuisine. At 27, her culinary signature brings together flavours from her vietnamese roots and techniques learned during her formal French cuisine training – first at the Ferrandi school then with a few modern establishments (Saturne, Chez Aline, Septime).

Céline describes vietnamese cuisine as a quest for balance : subtle, delicate and green. She transcends this heritage, inspired by her grandmother, when cooking for private parties or events.
